Smart Stock Lite is our first level of quantity control software. It keeps track of the stock levels on the carousels and warns operators and managers of low stock.

• Carousel security through individual user password or link into windows password system.
• The option to add a ticket printer for item tracking outside of the carousel.
• The option to add weigh scales to pick by weight.
• The option to add a bar code reader to pick and store parts by bar code.
• Backup and restore system data to a number of media including floppy disk, Flash disk or Network.

List Processing

The system allows for the creation of pick and replenishment lists so the operators can work off lists that were pre created. The advantages are that the lists can be sorted into the fastest route for the carousel so overall processing time is reduced. The predefined quantities means that there is less work involved for the operator.

Remote Access

When SmartStock Lite is connected to a network the system offers the ability for people to remotely access the information through a web site running on the carousel. Remote users can run stock and location enquires as well as create pick and replenish lists. The system also offers an email facility so that the carousel can check once a day whether any items reach a low stock warning level and email the stores controllers.
