SmartStock is based on SmartStock Lite and brings the functionality up to a full stock control package.

• Batch: Stock is stored against a batch reference. Then it is possible to specify which batch to use when creating picking lists.
• Expiry date: Records when a batch will expire to ensure the oldest stock is picked first. It also blocks the picking of stock past its use by date.

• Transaction Referencing: Is a facility to group a set of picks and replenishments against a reference e.g. job number so it is possible to track parts used against a job.
  • Extended stock details include reorder quantity, maximum stock level and individual unit cost.
  • Transaction report lists all movements against a transaction reference.
  • Transaction Cost report lists all the transaction between a set of dates or transaction reference numbers and the cost of the materials used against that transaction.
